It has been so cold and rainy for so long that when the sun came out this morning, Olivia and I took full advantage. Our walk did end up getting cut a little short by sprinkling though, which has turned into yet another day of rain.
Just some pictures of life returning to our backyard. This is the time of the year when it seems like everyone's yard fills up with daffodils. The ones we planted in what we are hoping will be our herb garden, finally came up.
And, our nectarine tree has some blooms
Olivia planted oregano and dill seeds last month and we spotted some sprouts today. Very exciting.
Our street is lined with the most beautiful trees that bloom in white flowers every spring and when the breeze hits, the petals float all around. It's like a scene from a movie, almost breathtaking.
