Story Time
Olivia has been really into reading to her stuffed animals lately. Here is one of her story times with three of her favorite books and an audience of some of her favorite stuffed animals.

The Turkeys are Back
What a beautiful week we have had around here. Olivia took advantage of the nice weather and went for a nice long walk to her favorite park.
Along the way she got to see some more of her turkey friends. The flock seemed to have separated for the day and it was fun looking around to see if we could spot turkeys roaming about. The first one she spotted was hanging around in her favorite open field.
Olivia spotting some beautiful flowers.
A pair of squirrels eating out of some bird feeders.

And turkey number two wandered onto a playground she stopped by on the way back home.

Picnic Time
For Valentine's Day we started the tradition of a family picnic. For whatever reason, Olivia did not want to do it outside, so we set up on the floor instead. Since then, Olivia has been in love with the idea of doing picnics on the rug and sets them up quite frequently. This is the latest one. As you can see, it generally starts off with a blanket and then somehow all the pillows from the house, along with some toys, end up creating a nest for her to lounge in.
The Imagination
Over the last month or so, Olivia has been doing a LOT of pretending. Until she got this flag blanket, most of these characters had been done with her big blue sheet. The names in quotes are Olivia's specific names for each.
This is "Angelina Baby" (as in Angelina Ballerina)
This is "Princess Baby"
This is "Hat one"
This is "Scary Ghost"
And this is "Mary Baby"
The nectarine tree
Olivia was playing with sidewalk chalks and decided that the tree needed more color.
She's showing off how high she was able to get the chalk.
